We have a proven track record of obtaining planning permission for our development schemes by active engagement with the local planning department and by utilising good design principles, especially on some of the more challenging sites. We buy sites both conditionally (subject to planning permission being granted) and unconditionally (simply sold as seen).

We are always keen to hear from property owners and agents who have land to sell. We will consider sites with or without planning and we would be happy to conduct an appraisal for you.

 

As stated, our appraisals are free of charge and there is no pressure and no obligation for you to act on our proposal.

Our planning and design team will perform some initial due diligence and conduct a confidential assessment on the target site.

​If our assessment is positive and we believe there is potential in the site, we will request a face to face meeting with you. During this meeting we will outline the details of the offer we can make to purchase the site. We will also be transparent about timelines and any specific challenges we see.

​If you are happy with our proposal, we will formalise the agreement in a simple contract outlining the agreed price and timescales before we engage with the local planning authority at our cost.

If the council is supportive of our proposal, we will prepare a full planning application and manage the entire process -again at no cost to you.

Once planning permission is approved, the land can be purchased at the agreed price and development can commence.

The property situated in a prime location, was a 12 minute walk from Canary Wharf. Planning permission was granted for the conversion of 1 x 4 Bedroom House into 2 x Apartments incorporating ground floor and roof extensions (1 x 3 Bedroom Apartment and 1 x 2 Bedroom Apartment). Each apartment was then configured with ensuite bedrooms, which catered for the local Canary Wharf professional room market.
