The Urban Resi Group are residential and commercial property developers based in London. Over the past 10 years, we have delivered over 30,000 sq ft of high quality new build construction and residential conversion projects to the property market. We have transacted over £25m of property during this time.
We work directly with property owners and land agents to source strategic buildings and sites with development potential.
We will only acquire properties in high demand areas with good transport links and access to local amenities.
What we do
New Build / Conversion
These are short term (12 to 24 month) projects that can vary from small house conversion projects to large, new build development projects. We are always interested in speaking to owners who have sites with development potential. We prefer to work directly with these owners, to ensure transparency throughout any negotiations. Vendor Joint Venture
We work in partnership with land and property owners to develop their sites with them. We have a 100% track record for obtaining planning permission for our schemes and we work with owners to maximise the value of their property. We have an excellent reputation in the industry for delivering construction projects on time, on budget and to a high standard.

This is a development of 9 new build luxury apartments. A subject to planning option was agreed directly with the vendor of a detached family home. Planning was achieved for the demolition of the existing detached house and the creation of a new two-storey building. This comprised additional roof accommodation creating 9 luxury apartments in total with associated amenity spaces, vehicle parking spaces, refuse and bicycles sheds.

This house was purchased as part of a retirement sale. Our planning team utilised householder permitted development rights to create ground floor and roof extensions. Once the property had been fully extended, a further planning application was submitted to reconfigure and convert the property into 2 self contained apartments (1 x 2 bedroom and 1 x 3 bedroom apartment).
