Land Wanted

We have a 100% proven track record of obtaining planning permission for our development schemes. This has been achieved by active engagement with the local planning department and by utilising good design principles, especially on some of the more challenging sites.
If you feel that you may have a site or a property which is suitable for development, please contact us for a free, no obligation assessment of your land.

Land Required

We buy sites:
  • Conditionally - subject to planning permission being granted.
  • Unconditionally - simply purchased as seen.

01
Our planning and design team will perform some initial due diligence and conduct a confidential assessment on the target site.
02
If our assessment is positive and we believe there is potential in the site, we will request a face to face meeting with you. During this meeting we will outline the details of the offer we can make to purchase the site. We will always be transparent about timelines and any specific challenges we may foresee.
03
If you agree with our proposal, we will formalise the agreement in a simple contract outlining the agreed price and timescales before we engage with the local planning authority (at our cost).
04
We will prepare and cover the expenses for a full planning application, following initial positive feedback from the council.
05
Once the planning application has been approved, the site can be purchased at the agreed price and development can commence.
Our typical site purchase process:
We are always keen to hear from property owners and agents who have land to sell. We will consider sites with or without planning permission in place and we would be happy to conduct an appraisal for you.

Our appraisals are non obligatory and are at no cost to you.
